Originally, this lovely 50 m² apartment had a kitchen separated by an entrance, as all the typical layout of old constructions. The TurnKey Homes Lab's intervention led to numerous improvements. The main rooms were enlarged and optimized by integrating entrance, kitchen and part of the bathroom. The architectural plan was modified to create two bedrooms and two private bathrooms as well as a separate guest toilet. The TurnKey Homes Lab team was very meticulous to details, especially with all the numerous units which are perfectly integrated into the structure of the apartment. The fireplace, the cornices and moldings and the parquet floor have been preserved and renovated in order to keep intact the particular charm of this apartment.
