TurnKey Homes is a company specialised in acquisition and complete renovation of prestigious properties in the heart of the most sought-after areas of Paris. We offer turnkey projects to French and foreign clients.
TurnKey Homes collaborates with various dedicated and highly professional trades. The work is of the highest quality, the architecture is optimized and the design, including the furnishings, is inspired by a "Parisian chic" style.
TurnKey Homes renovates between 10 to 15 apartments, townhouses and mansions per year.

A real estate lawyer for over thirty years and a private real estate investor throughout that time, Benoit decided to create the Turnkey Homes Group in June 2017. He has been devoting his entire professional activity to it since June 2018. Benoit is working with Raphael to find our futur Turkey Homes' projects, he can see the beauty and potentiel of a place in a blink.
A real estate investor and developer since 2009, Raphaël joined Turnkey Homes at the end of 2018. In addition to the organization and management of the different entities of the Turnkey Homes group. Raphaël dedicates his time to the search of new properties. Numbers are nos secret to him, he knows instantly the feasibility of each project.
Bertille, is an interior designer on TurnKey Design Lab projects. Renovation of a property goes through different stages managed internally: understanding needs, optimising spaces, designing project, monitoring sites, and find each element of decoration. Bertille takes into account the history of each of our places by mixing the charm of the old with a modern style.

Office Manager
Célina, interior designer, works in close collaboration with Bertille on the design and decoration part. She brings her know-how by elaborating plans, proposing decoration ideas to make each project unique. She coordinates appointments with suppliers and lends a hand with the final installation of the decoration.
Anaïs is in charge of the good management of each new acquision and makes sure to follow-up with Benoit and Raphael on legal and mandatory documents such as implementation of the insurance policies, invoicing, bank partnership. She also lends a hand to the Buying Director and to the Designer division for quotations requests, payments, logistic, and after-sales.
