This project was a particularly complex renovation operation. This townhouse, made up of former stables and grooms' rooms, was divided into several properties and common areas. It was necessary to reconstitute a coherent space, to restore the greatness of the facade. Some of our windows had to be removed, and we had to reorganize the interior space. A dozen versions were created to arrive at a plan that was both noble and functional. Give charm and authenticity into interior places was our first mission. Versailles parquet, moldings, antic fireplace and many other details were implemented with care and precision. The final result was of great quality. The development of an interior courtyard and a green roof on the rear part was the topping out of this outstanding house located a stone's throw from the Avenue Montaigne and the Champs-Elysées.
